GOOD DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE WORKSHOP
Welcome to Sight For All’s Good Development Practice workshop.
Thank you for taking the time to complete Sight For All’s Good Development Practice Workshop.
At Sight For All, we believe that achieving sustainable improvements in eye health requires a commitment to human rights, safeguarding, inclusion, accountability and ethical practice.
This six-module workshop introduces the principles and expectations that guide our work across Australia and our partner countries. Along the way, you’ll learn about our vision to eliminate treatable blindness, the values that shape our decisions, and the policies and practices that help us protect the people and communities we serve.
Whether you are a Board Director, staff member, volunteer, Visionary, Fellow, contractor or partner, this workshop will help you understand your responsibilities and the important role you play in supporting safe, respectful and effective development outcomes.
We hope you find the modules informative, practical and relevant to your work with Sight For All.
