In 2013 Sight For All trained Drs Nguyen Thanh Thuy and Bui Dao Quan from the Vietnam National Institute of Ophthalmology (VNIO), Hanoi in the sub-specialty area of Oculoplastics. 

Sight For All is currently training Lao Oculoplastics fellows Drs Siphett and Phompanya at the National Ophthalmology Centre, Vientiane. This fellowship project is due to be completed in 2018.

In addition to these in-country fellowships, Sight For All has also trained four fellows in Australia in oculoplastics. These fellows from India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal have all taken their skills in treating patients back to their home countries.

In January 2018, Sight For All will be training Dr Theary in Oculoplastics at the Khmer Soviet Friendship Hospital in Phnom Penh. This fellowship has been made possible through the support of the Geok Hua Wong Charitable Trust.
